Abstract

Dihadapkan pada kenyataan bahwa perumusan kebijakan ekonomi perlu mengadaptasi proses integrasi pasar gobal yang semakin menggejala, para peneliti ekonomi, seolah mendapat gairah baru. Kenyataan tersebut memunculkan rasa ingin tahu, atau keheranan, mengapa manajemen moneter yang dalam teori tampak sederhana dan mudah, dalam pelaksanaannya ternyata rumit dan susah mengurainya. Beberapa persoalan rumusan dan pelaksanaan kebijakan moneter dalam berbagai dimensinya – yang menjadi pokok bahasan dala terbitan ini – terasa bertambah pelik setelah kecenderungan integrasi pasar domestik dengan pasar global memiliki implementasi yang tidak seluruhnya positif.
