Qualifizierung in Beschäftigungsinitiativen : Herausforderungen an eine lokale Bildungs- und Beschäftigungspolitik

Abstract

"Neben Arbeitslosen- und alternativ-ökonomischen Initiativen haben sich in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland in den letzten Jahren verstärkt auch sogenannte soziale Initiativen und Beratungsinitiativen entwickelt. Im November 1986 errechnen sich 2.400 bis 3.200 soziale Initiativen mit einem Bestand von 60.000 bis 80.000 Mitgliedern. Darunter erhielten zwischen 41.600 und 45.600 eine die Existenz sichernde Einkommensgrundlage oder zumindest zusätzliche Subsistenzmittel. Ca. 38 % der Mitglieder verfügen über einen Hochschulabschluß, 12 % haben ein Abitur als höchsten Schulabschluß und 50 % gehören zur Gruppe der Haupt- und Realschulabsolventen oder besitzen keinen formalen Schulabschluß. Viele dieser Initiativen verdanken einerseits ihre Existenz einer fundierten Beratung durch entsprechende Initiativen, andererseits aber auch dem permanenten Einsatz von sozialen und/oder Schlüsselqualifikationen."
