Abstract

"Die besondere Förderung von "Arbeitsbeschaffungsmaßnahmen zur Verbesserung der sozialen Dienste und der sozialen Infrastruktur" stellte - neben Maßnahmen zur beruflichen Qualifizierung und zur Wiedereingliederung ungelernter sowie längerfristig Arbeitsloser - einen der drei Schwerpunkte dar, mit denen im Rahmen des Arbeitsmarktpolitischen Programms der Bundesregierung für Regionen mit besonderen Beschäftigungsproblemen einer zunehmenden regionalen Polarisierung des Arbeitsmarktes vorgebeugt werden sollte. Zu den Zielgruppen der Förderung von ABM im Bereich sozialer Dienste zählten insbesondere teilzeitarbeitslose Frauen; die Durchführung von ABM zur Verbesserung des Umweltschutzes und des Wohnumfeldes sollte - verbunden mit einer entsprechenden Staffelung der Förderung - insbesondere längerfristig Arbeitslosen zugute kommen." Der Beitrag analysiert ausgewählte Ergebnisse des Arbeitsmarktpolitischen Programms.
