Determinanten des Arbeitskräftebedarfs der Industrie. Diskussionsbeitrag zu den hypothetischen Freisetzungsberechnungen von Arbeitskräften

Abstract

"In volkswirtschaftlichen Modellansätzen wird üblicherweise von einem sehr hohen Aggregationsgrad bei der Formulierung unmittelbarer Einflußgrößen des quantitativen Arbeitskräftebedarfs der Wirtschaft ausgegangen. Der hier vorgelegte, mehr betriebswirtschaftlich ausgerichtete Ansatz basiert auf dem Versuch, die Aggregate Nettoproduktion und Arbeitsproduktivität in Komponenten zu zerlegen und deren unmittelbaren Einfluß auf den quantitativen Personalbedarf darzustellen. Eine empirische Untersuchung ausgewählter deutscher Industriezweige für den Zeitraum 1960 bis 1970 mit Hilfe des Ansatzes soll deutlich machen, daß diese Komponenten der Aggregate Nettoproduktion und Arbeitsproduktivität zum Teil gegenläufige Tendenzen sowie ausgeprägte branchenbedingte Unterschiede aufweisen können."
