Mögliche Auswirkungen der Energieverteuerung und -knappheit sowie des Anwerbestopps auf Berufe und Folgerungen für die Berufswahl

Abstract

"Der Beitrag versucht aufzuzeigen, welche Folgen sich aus einer Energieverknappung und -verteuerung für die quantitative (und qualitative) Entwicklung der Berufe ergeben könnten. Die Analyse ergab, daß vom Mineralöl als Lieferant von Prozeßwärme und als Rohstoff unmittelbar maximal 1 100 000 Arbeitsplätze, das sind rund 4 Prozent abhängig sind. Vorausgesetzt, unser Wirtschaftssystem reagiert rasch und mobilisiert genügend befähigte Kräfte für das Aufsuchen weiterführender, zukunftsweisender Lösungen, entstehen mittelfristig aus der Krise auch positive Effekte für zahlreiche Berufsfelder. Die Berufsvorstellungen der Schulabgänger, die in diesem Zusammenhang relevant sind, haben bisher schon in einem gewissen Ausmaß den Wandel der Berufsstruktur antizipiert. Berufswahl als ein gestufter, über Jahre hinweg ablaufender Prozeß, sollte daher auch heute, nicht an der momentanen Situation ausgerichtet werden. Die Untersuchung wurde im IAB durchgeführt."
