Abstract

"In einer grösseren Zahl bisher vorliegender Arbeit ist mit den Hilfsmitteln der Input-Output-Analyse der Bedarf eines Landes an hochqualifizierten Arbeitskräften aus der künftigen Wirtschaftsentwicklung abgeleitet worden. Dagegen wird hier vorgeschlagen, den Ausbau des Bildungssystems als weitgehend autonom zu behandeln und wirtschaftliche Entwicklungen als Resultante zu untersuchen. Dabei wird die Annahme limitationaler Einsatzverhältnisse der Produktionsfaktoren aufgegeben und es werden politische, soziale, pädagogische und psychologische Elemente berücksichtigt."
