Der Stand der Erwerbsstatistik in der Bundesrepublik

Abstract

"Es werden die laufenden Kurz- und mittelfristigen Statistiken, die Angaben über das Erwerbsleben enthalten, auf ihre Eignung für die Arbeitsmarktforschung untersucht. Als Maßstab werden die in den 'Mitteilungen' Nr. 2 veröffentlichten Anforderungskataloge für eine kurzfristige Beschäftigungsstatistik zur Konjunkturbeobachtung und eine mittelfristige Beschäftigtenstatistik zur Verfolgung struktureller Änderungen verwendet. Der Vergleich zeigt, dass im kurzfristigen Bereich nur etwa 35 v.H. des deutschen Arbeitsmarktes statistisch abgedeckt werden, im mittelfristigen Bereich jedoch keine der verfügbaren Statistiken den Anforderungen voll genügt. Eine Übersicht der Beschäftigtenstatistiken in der Bundesrepublik Deutschland, die auch einmalige Erhebungen und inzwischen eingestellte Statistiken enthält, befindet sich im Aufsatz 'Anwendung von Input-Output-Techniken in der Arbeitsmarktforschung' auf den Seiten 127 bis 143 dieses Heftes."
