Empreendedorismo- Inovação, Risco E Pró-Actividade Nos Sectores Da Indústria E Construção Da Região Do Vale Do Sousa

Abstract

No presente realiza-se uma abordagem teórica ao conceito de empreendedorismo e conceitos associados. Empiricamente, foi realizado um questionário junto de 236 empresas, dos sectores industriais e de construção. O objectivo deste questionário consistia numa análise ao grau de empreendedorismo estratégico (intra-empreendedorismo) na região do Vale do Sousa. Esta análise é efectuada tendo por base os conceitos de inovação, risco e pró-actividade. Verifica-se que o grau de empreendedorismo estratégico é bastante reduzido, e é através da pró-actividade que as empresas conseguem elevar um pouco o seu grau de empreendedorismo, uma vez que a atitude face à inovação e ao risco pode ser classificada como aversa. Como resultado apenas 5% das empresas podem ser classificadas como empreendedoras, estando a maioria (59%) classificadas como pouco empreendedoras.
