Abstract

L’economie est soumise a une vaste transformation au niveau mondial qui la pousse vers la connaissance, plus proche de l’homme, en mettant davantage l’accentles services qui offrent ses produits ; elle est deconnectee de l’utilisation de plusieurs ressources materielles et energetiques ; elle soutient le la croissance durable, soit une croissance plus “intelligent” et plus “vert”. Il s’agit d’une transformation des caracteristiques socio-economiques, des caracteristiques qui s’intensifient en Grece a cause la severe recession en cours, laquelle transformation est etudiee par la technique des scenarios et par un modele qui est soutenu par la bibliographie a l’egard de la perspective de sa specialisation intelligente en vue de la periode de planification 2014-2020 sur une opportunite de la croissance endogene.
