Abstract

L'article tente de présenter la dimension maritime de la cohésion territoriale, ayant comme champ de référence la région méditerranéenne. L'intérêt de recherche s’appuie sur les résultats et les conclusions des travaux effectués au sein du programme ESPON2013. Cet article vise à mettre en évidence les formes d'interactions terre-mer comme éléments clés de la gestion intégrée des zones côtières et de stratégies intégrées de développement durable, notamment pour répondre à la nécessité de former un aménagement du territoire maritime efficace en Méditerranée. L’accent est mis sur les tendances et les défis de l'interaction terre-mer dans la région méditerranéenne et sur l'importance de la gouvernance multi-acteurs et multiniveaux pour la coordination des plans d’aménagement terrestres et maritimes durables La dimension géopolitique de la croissance bleue dans la mediterranée de sud-est est aussi approchée surtout par rapport à la dependance énergétique de l’UE et le besoin de mettre en valeur les efforts faits par Chypre dans le secteur d'exploration d'hydrocarbure. La découverte des ressources importantes d'hydrocarbure dans l’espace méditerranéen de sud-est peut servir de catalyseur à la coopération régionale.
