Abstract

Damit bei der industriellen Herstellung von Kleidung Massenproduktionsvorteile realisiert werden k÷nnen, mu▀ u.a. eine Standardisierung der Kleidungsma▀e vorgenommen werden. Unternehmen haben aber den Anreiz, bei der Kleidungsproduktion von den sog. Konfektionsgr÷▀en abzuweichen, um den Kundinnen und Kunden das Gef³hl zu vermitteln, eine Figur zu haben, die dem Sch÷nheitsideal entspricht. Der Versuch, ³ber diese Ma▀nahme den Absatz zu erh÷hen, ist mit negativen Externaliõten verbunden.
