Влияние Санкций На Динамику Российского Туристического Рынка

Abstract

В статье анализируются последствия введенных в 2022 г. санкций для российской индустрии гостеприимства. Исходя из официальной статистики делается вывод о том, что до введения санкций российская туристическая отрасль демонстрировала рост, ускорившийся в ходе постпандемийного восстановления. Результаты серии полуструктурированных интервью с представителями индустрии гостеприимства показали, что, кроме положительных последствий, связанных со снижением доступности выездного туризма, для нее существует и ряд негативных эффектов от санкций и военного конфликта и что на текущий момент положительные эффекты перевешивают отрицательные. Вместе с тем некоторые регионы РФ уже испытали сужение туристического потока из-за транспортных ограничений, а падение продуктивности отрасли, вызванное санкциями, создает для индустрии гостеприимства долгосрочные риски. Статья отражает результаты исследований, выполненных в рамках НИР государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
