Значение И Задачи Аналитического Обоснования Выбора Электронных Систем Документационного Обеспечения Управления Консолидированными Группами Организаций

Abstract

В статье рассматриваются значение и задачи аналитического обоснования выбора электронных систем документационного обеспечения управления консолидированными группами организаций. Выделены функции системы документационного обеспечения управления организаций в рамках корпоративных формирований. Установлено, что внедрение систем электронного документооборота в рамках корпоративных формирований должно сопровождаться комплексным подходом к трансформации процессов управления консолидированными группами организаций с целью недопущения несогласованности и противоречий между разными уровнями управления. Именно поэтому необходимо глубокое аналитическое обоснование выбора вариантов внедряемых систем электронного документооборота в рамках холдинговых структур. Показано, что применение электронных систем документационного обеспечения управления консолидированными группами организаций позволяет повысить уровень процессов управления, обеспечить оперативность и лучшую координацию выполнения управленческих функций в таких деловых структурах.
