Abstract

По итогам первых трех месяцев 2022 г. доходы федерального бюджета увеличились по сравнению с аналогичным периодом предыдущего года на 4,2 п.п. ВВП за счет нефтегазовых доходов, достигнув 31,2% от прогнозируемого годового объема. Умеренный рост расходов федерального бюджета, на 1,5 п.п. ВВП, по итогам первого квартала текущего года относительно того же периода предыдущего и профицит бюджета в размере 1140,5 млрд руб. стали дополнительными факторами бюджетной устойчивости. Значимыми управленческими решениями в условиях наложенных на страну санкций в рассматриваемый период были досрочные выплаты по внешнему долгу, а также приостановка новых заимствований.
