Оценка Рисков Приостановки Деятельности Иностранных Компаний Для Экономики И Рынков Труда Регионов России

Abstract

В статье проводится анализ возможных рисков и последствий приостановки и прекращения деятельности иностранных компаний в России для производственной активности и рынка труда российских регионов (на основе данных Росстата). Выявлено, что в случае, если 50% организаций с иностранной и совместной собственностью, присутствующих на территории РФ, приостановят свою деятельность, в 21 регионе число безработных может вырасти более чем в 1,5 раза. Месячный простой половины организаций с иностранной и совместной собственностью может привести к снижению годового оборота организаций на 3% и более также сразу в 21 субъекте РФ. Определен список регионов, подверженных наибольшему риску прекращения деятельности иностранных компаний, в их числе: г. Москва, Московская область, г. Санкт-Петербург, Ленинградская, Самарская, Нижегородская, Калужская, Владимирская, Костромская, Архангельская, Свердловская области, Краснодарский край и Республика Татарстан. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС при Президенте Российской Федерации.
