Региональные Экономики В 2020 Г.: Пандемия Создала Проблемы В Ресурсодобывающих Регионах И Крупных Городах

Abstract

Коронакризис в наибольшей степени сказался на ресурсодобывающих регионах и крупных российских городах с развитым сектором услуг. Сокращение инвестиций сопровождалось их концентрацией в столице и в ведущих регионах добычи углеводородов. Рост зарегистрированной безработицы был всеобщим, а последующее снижение ее уровня сильно различалось по регионам. Масштабный рост федеральных трансфертов помог увеличить доходы региональных бюджетов, но увеличение расходов привело к бюджетному дефициту в большинстве субъектов РФ и росту их долга.
