Результаты Развития Транспортного Комплекса Москвы В 2010–2020 Гг

Abstract

Развитие московского транспортного комплекса имеет стратегическое значение для экономического роста региона и России в целом. Государственное программное финансирование столичного транспорта составляет пятую часть московского бюджета, что определяет высокие требования к результатам использования публичных ресурсов, однако часто вносимые в программный документ изменения негативно влияют на анализ эволюции транспортного комплекса. Основные результаты функционирования столичного транспорта отражены в 10 показателях Транспортной стратегии Москвы, по каждому из которых констатировано существенное улучшение за прошедшее десятилетие. Многовекторное развитие различных видов транспорта и транспортной инфраструктуры обусловило укрепление рейтинга Москвы по сравнению с девятью другими ведущими мегаполисами мира – с 7-й позиции в 2010 г. до 2-й в 2018 г.
