К Вопросу О Программе Продовольственной Помощи

Abstract

В статье представлена методика выделения уязвимых групп населения с учетом критерия Доктрины продовольственной безопасности России по экономическому доступу к продовольствию, а также методики расчета сумм поддержки и ее влияния на продовольственный рынок; представлен также краткий обзор международного опыта, который может быть полезен при разработке механизма реализации программ продовольственной помощи в России.
