Российская Экономическая Помощь Странам Центральной Азии: Итоги Двадцатилетнего Партнерства

Abstract

В статье осуществлен обзор проектов в сфере содействия развитию стран Центральной Азии, реализованных Россией в период 2000–2020 гг. Обзор подготовлен на основе выделения ключевых направлений партнерства, таких как образование, цифровая повестка, наращивание национального потенциала, продовольственная безопасность. При этом рассматриваются как двусторонние, так и многосторонние российские проекты. Отбор проектов основывался на доступности информации и поэтому может не в полной мере отражать усилия, предпринятые Российской Федерацией в регионе. Анализ показал, что Россия продолжает широко использовать многосторонние механизмы для предоставления своей помощи. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС.
