Abstract

Результаты декабрьской (2020 г.) волны мониторинга социального положения и поведения населения (телефонный опрос) не показали ухудшения ситуации на российском рынке труда. Невзирая на сложную ситуацию с пандемией, респонденты отмечают небольшой рост заработных плат; держится на высоком для России уровне доля работающих удаленно из дома; сохраняется на относительно невысоком уровне число безработных, связывающих потерю работы с пандемией. В то же время нет и признаков заметного восстановления по сравнению с сентябрьской волной мониторинга – скорее можно говорить об адаптации к сложившимся внешним обстоятельствам. Статья подготовлена в рамках выполнения научно-исследовательской работы государственного задания РАНХиГС.
