Abstract

В декабре президент России В. Путин в ежегодном послании Федеральному Собранию РФ и на традиционной пресс-конференции выразил поддержку политике Правительства и Банка России, отметив, что ситуация сложная, но не критичная. Продолжилось падение цен на нефть, в результате чего официальные лица призвали готовиться в том числе к критическим сценариям, при которых нефть опустит- ся до 30–35 долл./барр. «Сибур» и «Новатэк» продали миноритарные пакеты акций китайским государственным компаниям для привле- чения финансирования, однако дальнейшая продажа невозможна без утраты контрольного пакета российскими собственниками. Продол- жается спор «Газпрома» и «Роснефти» вокруг монополии «Газпрома» на экспорт газа.
