Abstract

Общие итоги миграции за январь–июль 2015 г. показывают достаточно стабильную ситуацию. Миграционный прирост страны составил 131,4 тыс. человек. Это всего на 11,5 тыс. человек (9 п.п.) меньше, чем за такой же период 2014 г. Основные изменения структуры миграционных связей России заключаются в том, что впервые за много лет обмен с Узбекистаном стал отрицательным. Ныне в миграционном приросте безоговорочно лидирует Украина, на которую приходится 65% всей нетто-миграции. Общее количество оформленных патентов для работы за девять месяцев текущего года сократилось почти на четверть. А ведь в связи с отменой для иностранцев из безвизовых стран разрешений на работу и переходом на патенты не только для физических (было и в прошлом году), но и для юридических лиц – при стабильной по отношению к прошлому году ситуации – оно должно было вырасти. Почти в 3 раза сократилось число выданных разрешений на работу для высококвалифицированных и квалифицированных специалистов. Таким образом, показатели, демонстрируемые внешней трудовой миграцией, в отличие от долговременной, явно указывают на кризисные черты российской экономической системы.
