Abstract

В июле текущего года в Уфе состоялись саммиты ШОС и БРИКС, основным результатом которых стали соглашения о создании пула условных валютных резервов и банка развития БРИКС. Подписано соглашение об урегулировании иранской ядерной программы, означающее возврат Ирана на нефтяной рынок с 2016 г. и усиление, таким образом, ценовой конкуренции. Конституционный суд Российской Федерации признал за- конным перенос парламентских выборов с декабря на сентябрь 2016 г., а также принял решение о воз- можности признания неконституционными решений Европейского суда по правам человека в случае, если сам КС России так решит. Ликвидировано министерство по делам Крыма и Федеральная служба по тари- фам – последняя войдет в состав Федеральной антимонопольной службы (ФАС), а министерство по делам Крыма преобразовано в Правительственную комиссию.
