Обзор Нормативных Документов По Вопросам Налогообложения За Март-Апрель 2015 Г

Abstract

В анализируемый период состоялась прямая линия Президента РФ В. Путина с гражданами России. В правительстве РФ между экономическим и социальным блоками дискутировался вопрос относительно сохранения или отказа от обязательной накопительной составляющей взноса в ПФР1. Пока принято решение с 01.01.2016 г. восстановить накопительную часть. Предположительно, РФ обратится с запросам во Всемирный банк об экспертизе пенсионной системы в РФ. Минфин России подготовил проект «Основных направлений налоговой политики на 2016–2018 годы», согласно которому увеличения налогов вплоть до 2018 г. не планируется.
