Поступление И Выбытие Федерального Имущества: Некоторые Количественные Тенденции

Abstract

Анализ Годового отчета об изменениях в реестре федерального имущества, связанных с возникнове- нием и прекращением права собственности Российской Федерации на недвижимое и движимое иму- щество за 2013 г. позволяет сделать следующие выводы. В целом за 5-летний период поступление объектов недвижимости в собственность РФ превысило их выбытие более чем в 5 раз, но выбытие хозяйственных обществ с участием государства превысило поступление примерно в 1,6 раза. Можно предположить, что такие результаты отражают, с одной стороны, продолжающийся приватиза- ционный процесс, затрагивающий, прежде всего, готовый для продажи актив в виде госпакетов ак- ций, а с другой стороны, продолжающийся уже около 10 лет процесс перераспределения собственно- сти между различными уровнями публичной власти.
