Abstract

Институтом Гайдара разработана методика декомпозиции темпов роста российского ВВП на струк- турную, внешнеторговую и конъюнктурную составляющие, основанная на алгоритме разложения макроэкономических показателей развитых стран (ОЭСР), доработанном с учетом специфики россий- ской экономики, которая заключается в высокой зависимости от внешнеторговых условий (динамики мировых цен на нефть).
