Развитие В России Непрерывного Профессионального Образования

Abstract

Согласно Указу Президента Российской Федерации № 599 от 7 мая 2012 г. к 2015 г. различными програм- мами (короткими и длительными) дополнительного профессионального образования (далее – ДПО) в 2015 г. должен быть охвачен, как минимум, 1 работающий из 2,7 работников в возрасте 25–65 лет. По данным Росстата 2010 г. (т.е. до принятия Указа № 599), программами повышения квалификации и профессиональной подготовки были охвачены всего 15,8% занятого населения. В 2013 г. указанный охват (по обследованию Росстата) снизился до 13,8%. Наименьший охват работников программами ДПО был в сельском хозяйстве, рыболовстве, в гостиничном и ресторанном деле – соответствен- но, 4,5%, 4,4% и 4,0%. Наибольший охват – в добыче топливно-энергетических полезных ископаемых: 30,7%, а также в металлургическом производстве – 25,6%.
