Abstract

Показатели роста производства в оборонном секторе намного отстали от плановых заданий. Темпы роста госинвестиций избыточны и их отрыв от роста выпуска является причиной аномального роста цен на продукцию военного назначения и всплеска коррупции. Выполнение требований президента страны о создании прозрачной военной экономики, о наведении порядка в управлении оборонно-промышленным комплексом и в его ценообразовании по прежнему сталкивается с серьезными трудностями.
