Abstract

В марте были внесены следующие изменения в законодательство: установлены дополнительные основания для проведения внеплановых проверок некоммерческих организаций, в отношении которых имеются сведения о нарушении ими законодательства Российской Федерации; подписан закон о поправках в ГК РФ в сфере интеллектуальной собственности; утверждены новые Правила подтверждения документов об ученых степенях, ученых званиях; уточнены функции Координационного совета Программы фундаментальных научных исследований в Российской Федерации на долгосрочный период (2013–2020 гг.).
