Sanctions Have Not Yet Generated Growth in Unemployment

Abstract

Economic sanctions and the suspension of activities of companies have not yet resulted in a significant increase in unemployment, as most companies retain their workers and continue to pay them all or part of their wages. There are risks of a gradual increase in unemployment due to a decline in hiring.
