Abstract

As organizations make thousands of forecast-based decisions every day, itis critical to prioritize which ones need a thorough review and which ones do not. But how do you score and rank the criticality level of each decision? The answer lies in risk management, a crucial capability that unfortunately remains absent from most forecast-based software.
