O desafio da equidade no setor saúde

Abstract

The countries that looked for an universal public health system had to face the debate of the equity as a fundamental principie of social justice. This paper analyses the theoretical basis of equity, stressing the British Nacional Health Service characteristics, concerning mainly to equity, to subsidize the analysis of the Brazilian reality.
