Abstract

Nowadays, there is an intensive but also a somewhat incoherent debate as to the advantages and the application of "actioities sharing" option among firms. This paper intends to discuss, in its general aspects, the problems involving the strategic movements. In this direction, it presents a check list of advantages and problems concerning the implementation of "actioities sharing" decisions. As a result, based on the aforesaid checking, it mentions some measures and warnings to be taken into consideration when introducing this strategy.
