Agenda 2030 da globale a locale

Abstract

A due anni dall’approvazione degli Obiettivi di Sviluppo Sostenibile (SDGs) da parte delle Nazioni Unite, molti governi locali e regionali e numerosi attori nel panorama istituzionale e scientifico non ne hanno ancora approfondito il significato e la portata. Gli SDGs dovrebbero guidare la realizzazione di inizative locali e regionali ed essere coerenti e integrati con le strategie nazionali. Il report offre sia una panoramica nazionale e internazionale dello sviluppo sostenibile nell’accezione definita dalle Nazioni Unite, recepita dall’Unione Europea e implementata dalla Strategia di Sviluppo Nazionale, sia un framework teorico che aiuta gli studiosi a contestualizzare le sfide dell’Agenda 2030 nella propria realtà territoriale e i policy makers a stabilire le priorità e le politiche settoriali in ottica multidisciplinare.
