The Influence of Strategic Parameters of Territorial Development on the Functioning of the Local Public Services Market

Abstract

The problems of functioning of the local public goods markets are studied. By the example of the housing services market in Khabarovsk a forecast is made of the cost of service for the period until 2020. It is shown that the variations of per capita incomes of the population envisaged in the Strategic plan of the development of the city will not allow paying the full cost of the service per social norm of living space
