Abstract

General issues of formulating development strategies of constituent territories of the Russian Federation are reviewed, with an emphasis on the development strategy of the Khabarovsk Territory. The structure and substantial options for formulating targets and scenarios for the Territory’s development are offered, the effect of implementation of the strategy is estimated in the form of forecast social indicators
