Economic Grounds for Choosing the Proportions of Municipal Units

Abstract

The problem of rational choice of municipal units proportions, based on economic criteria, is substantiated. An approach is offered to that problem’s solution in terms of comparison between an inconsistent Russian practice of municipal reforms and various foreign experience
