Divari territoriali e politiche di sviluppo: lo squilibrio territoriale nella regione Campania

Abstract

La regione Campania verifica un rilevante squilibrio territoriale con una concentrazione di popolazione e attivit? sulla fascia costiera, tramutando le economie di agglomerazione in diseconomie da congestione. Lo squilibrio tra aree urbane ed aree interne viene affrontato in sede comunitaria, nazionale e regionale puntando su un sistema urbano policentrico e sostenibile. Con riferimento al Piano territoriale sovra comunale, si propone un approccio alla SWOT che, attraverso un?ampia batteria d?indicatori e metodologie di analisi multivariata, individui gruppi omogenei di comuni e ne descriva punti di forza e di debolezza, al fine di predisporre una guida per le politiche territoriali regionali.
