Territorio, capitale sociale, competitivit? nel sistema pesca: un caso studio

Abstract

La "reputazione" di un territorio ? elemento decisivo in ordine alla garanzia della qualit? dei suoi prodotti e alla loro differenziazione, perch? capace di renderli unici e difficilmente replicabili. L?identificazione del prodotto con il territorio pu? essere fortificata, e con essa la differenziazione del prodotto stesso, per mezzo di relazioni sinergiche che coinvolgano gli operatori del medesimo territorio. Puntare sul capitale sociale pu? costituire per il Sistema Pesca la strategia valida a superare l?apparente antitesi tra sostenibilit? ambientale e sostenibilit? economica. Rispetto al Sistema Pesca di uno specifico territorio, quale quello di Terracina in provincia di Latina, la disponibilit? e l?accessibilit? al capitale sociale ? stata inferita mediante un focus group, vale a dire sulla base delle opinioni, espresse in merito a ci?, degli stessi imprenditori del settore ittico locale.
