Energia, crescita e sviluppo

Abstract

Il presente lavoro esamina il complesso rapporto tra energia e sviluppo, proponendo tre diversi livelli dai quali analizzare il problema. Il primo livello focalizza l?attenzione su cosa sia l?energia che chiediamo alle fonti energetiche. Il secondo livello, superando il vizio della segmentazione del problema dei "limiti alla crescita" distingue tra una crescita possibile del sistema e l?inevitabile necessit? di sviluppo di sottoinsiemi del sistema. Infine, il terzo livello di analisi, si concentra sullo specifico caso Italia, ove il tentativo di conciliare sviluppo e crescita ? da sempre imposto dal persistente dualismo economico e sociale. L?autore conclude l?analisi sottolineando l?urgenza di una svolta per uscire dal circolo vizioso per cui una bassa offerta di capitale umano, modello di specializzazione e bassa domanda di capitale umano si alimentano a vicenda.
