Fuori aula: contesti, ruoli e interlocutori dei professionisti della formazione 2020

Abstract

La professione del formatore ? stata caratterizzata nell?ultimo ventennio da profondi cambiamenti che richiedono ai corsi di studio universitari e ai servizi di placement di interrogarsi sulla variabilit? e multidimensionalit? di ruoli, compiti e contesti nei quali essa pu? declinarsi. Con l?obiettivo di avviare un processo di riflessione sul tema, il contributo intende, da un lato, esplorare le linee di sviluppo della letteratura scientifica e metodologica rivolta ai formatori ed emergente dal lavoro e della ricerca sul campo, e dall?altro sollecitare una conversazione con pro-fessionisti del settore volta ad esplorare tendenze e traiettorie recenti della profes-sione. In conclusione, si identificano linee di sviluppo della professione accanto a spazi e bisogni di approfondimento e di analisi collegati a tre dimensioni chiave emergenti: il ribaltamento da una prospettiva di teaching ad una prospettiva di learning, l?urgenza di un ampliamento della formazione metodologica e l?importanza dell?adozione di metodi afferenti al non-formale ed ai processi di in-novazione.
