Uno sguardo attraverso e oltre la relazione lavorativa, economica e organizzativa

Abstract

Nel presente saggio viene proposto un itinerario di riflessione attorno alla natura delle relazioni lavorative, economiche e organizzative partendo dal contributo che il pensiero filosofico, in particolare la prospettiva ermeneutica, fenomenologica e personalista, pu? offrire a favore di uno sguardo, etico e teoretico, attraverso e oltre l?impresa, colta come significativo contesto relazionale. Nei successivi paragrafi, il percorso interpretativo si ? sviluppato tramite l?analisi di un caso di codice etico per proseguire verso alcune ipotesi di orientamento all?azione che tengano conto delle dimensioni che alcuni autori hanno individuato come cause antropologiche ed epistemologiche nelle quali affonda le radici la crisi economica, sociale e culturale tuttora in atto.
