Libert? del lavoro e giustizia del lavoro

Abstract

Dopo aver chiarito le differenze tra i concetti di "libert? del lavoro", "libert? nel lavoro" e "libert? dal lavoro", il saggio discute quali difficolt? si frappongono, nella stagione della cosiddetta "Industry 4.0" alla piena realizzazione della libert? del lavoro. In particolare, ci si soffermer? sui limiti dell?attuale cultura del lavoro, limiti che rallentano significativamente la marcia verso un nuovo umanesimo del lavoro. Lo scritto si conclude con un richiamo alla recente evoluzione del Pensiero Sociale della Chiesa sul tema del lavoro, a far tempo dalla Laborem Execerns di Giovanni Paolo II.
