Abstract

La ricerca ha lo scopo di individuare, comprendere e sintetizzare le competenze emotive, le strategie comportamentali e organizzative agite durante la pandemia di SARS-CoV2 dai coordinatori infermieristici.Lo studio è stato realizzato utilizzando un questionario ispirato al Behavioural Events Interview. L?analisi qualitativa dei dati è stata effettuata con la Content Analysis induttiva.Hanno risposto 42 coordinatori infermieristici dell?ASUGI; i risultati evidenziano l?importanza di skill quali la cooperazione, la gestione delle relazioni all?interno del team, una maggiore flessibilità nell?uso delle competenze.Emerge una nuova leadership che sperimenta un aumento delle responsabilità per affrontare al meglio le situazioni d?emergenza.Il progetto si configura come spazio di valorizzazione dell?esperienza e delle competenze acquisite, capitalizzabilidalla comunità di pratica a cui i professionisti appartengono.
