Il piano strategico dell?ASST di Lodi in tema di efficientamento energetico

Abstract

Le strategie di efficientamento energetico rappresentano un?opportunit? per ridurre i costi aziendali e al tempo stesso contribuire alla salvaguardia dell?ambiente in cui i cittadini vivono. Questo articolo presenta il caso della Azienda Socio Sanitaria Territoriale (ASST) di Lodi che ha avviato un processo di analisi dei consumi e di efficientamento energetico per uno dei suoi presidi ospedalieri. Questo processo ? incentivato economicamente dal ?Conto termico della PA? del Gestore Servizi Energetici e supportato dal programma ?Nuova Energia per il Welfare? della Regione Lombardia. Il caso pone in evidenza l?importanza del ruolo dell?energy manager, di un sistema di gestione strutturato, della fase di analisi dei consumi e di un sistema di incentivi a supporto degli investimenti di capitale necessari alle aziende sanitarie pubbliche per ridurre i consumi energetici del loro, spesso ingente, patrimonio immobiliare
