Abstract

La scelta di creare aziende sanitarie di grandi dimensioni, con la finalit? di razionalizzare e incrementare l?efficienza gestionale e operativa, ? una tendenza ormai diffusa e consolidata. I risultati oggettivi di queste unioni non sono stati ancora misurati, tuttavia le ricadute che si determinano sui servizi di supporto logistico e sulle unit? operative di staff sono immediate. Questo rende necessario un rapido riorientamento del loro ruolo e una revisione degli strumenti tecnici di gestione per adeguarli alla nuova realt?. Il presente lavoro documenta come il Controllo di Gestione della neocostituita Agenzia di Tutela della Salute (ATS) della Citt? Metropolitana di Milano ha affrontato questa situazione ridefinendo il proprio ruolo, progettando e implementando nuovi supporti tecnologici personalizzati e adeguati alla dimensione e alla complessit? della nuova ATS.
