Vulnerabilit? e misure di sostegno al reddito in Italia: il caso del reddito di cittadinanza

Abstract

Nel quadro del costante aumento delle disuguagliane e dell?emarginazione sociale in Italia, il tema delle misure di sostegno al reddito ? tra i pi? dibattuti dall?opinione pubblica, accademia e dai decisori politici. Nonostante la necessit? sociale di affrontare la questione della povert?, le recenti riforme stanno ripensando in senso restrittivo la misura. Tali riforme sono guidate da una scarsa qualit? dell?informazione sul tema. Per questo sono fondamentali valutazioni che provengano da fonti dati attendibili che possano guidare al meglio l?opinione pubblica e i decisori. Analizzando la platea del Reddito di Cittadinanza e quella dei vulnerabili in Italia, sulla base dei dati Inapp-Plus, in questo lavoro si riflette sulla capacit? della politica di raggiungere la popolazione target, ovvero i pi? vulnerabili. Inoltre, si analizza la capacit? della politica di risolvere le problematiche dei beneficiari e avere un effetto sugli obiettivi per i quali ? stata disegnata.
