Sostegno ai consumi: il profilo dei beneficiari di voucher, bonus e buoni spesa

Abstract

A seguito della pandemia di Covid-19 sono state introdotte misure eccezionali finalizzate a sostenere i settori dell?economia particolarmente colpiti e le famiglie in difficolt?. Il presente contributo intende fornire una chiave di lettura della natura delle diverse misure adottate, alcune tuttora attive e presentare alcune riflessioni a partire dai dati dell?indagine campio- naria Inapp-Plus 2021, relativi all?utilizzo di voucher e bonus durante la pandemia. Attraverso l?analisi di tali dati, da un lato si delineano il profilo e le caratteristiche dei beneficiari delle diverse misure, dall?altro si tenta di comprendere se e come queste forme di supporto soffrano di un?asimmetria informativa che per certi versi tende ad escludere alcune catego- rie di vulnerabilit?.
