Infrastrutturare un luogo come metaterritorio. Casi di innovazioni disruptive in Italia

Abstract

Nei Regional Studies il concetto di territorio esprime un sistema di idee o dimensioni organizzate in termini di finalit? (efficacia e efficienza di policy) oppure si riferisce a principi "interni", come quelli delle "vocazioni" o "funzioni" spaziali, che non consentono di cogliere appieno il retroterra cognitivo (ed emotivo) causalmente attivo all?interno di uno specifico contesto spazio-temporale e, soprattutto, le sue propriet? emergenti. Anche in riferimento agli stimoli provenienti da altri ambiti disciplinari, questo studio tenter? di far luce sui legami, sulle sinapsi connettive e sulle temporalit? complesse, e stratificate, dei processi socioterritoriali, introducendo il concetto di metaterritorio. Due studi di caso, condotti nel settore dell?engineering corroboreranno la definizione fornita, le sue principali dimensioni nonch? le implicazioni per l?avanzamento teorico ed empirico degli studi socioterritoriali.
