Autonomismo o federalismo? Modelli di sviluppo per il regionalismo italiano

Abstract

L?articolo riflette sul concetto di autonomismo, nella sua dimensione politica e in quella istituzionale, distinguendolo sia dal regionalismo, di cui rappresenta comunque una variante, che dal federalismo, con il quale presenta alcune comunanze, arrivando a costruire un quadro interpretativo per analizzare le evoluzioni del regionalismo italiano. L?avvio del regionalismo differenziato segna l?abbandono del federalismo come percorso di sviluppo istituzionale per abbracciare la via dell?autonomismo che, diversamente dal federalismo, muove dal riconoscimento di una specificit? territoriale e si caratterizza per una distribuzione aperta e asimmetrica del potere, nonch? per relazioni e negoziazioni bilaterali fra le singole Regioni e lo Stato.
